Here’s how to use tracks
: Within each track, you can practice one video per week, a few per week, one per day or whatever rhythm feels right for you. The practices are listed in order so that you can go straight through them, but feel free to mix it up, too! Since you’re not logged in, you can watch the first video of our first two tracks.
